Essential business philosophy: Administrators who utilize the project management services of PRISM have incredible full-time responsibilities in addition to their project. PRISM manages special projects, so clients can maintain focus on all of their priorities. Additionally, it takes special skills to work with entrepreneurs (especially entrepreneur physicians), but it is exciting work to help others focus and achieve their goals.
Best way to keep a competitive edge: Put yourself in the other person’s shoes, deliver the value they need and expect, and make them heroes for selecting PRISM. Always be a good steward.

Additional experience included spearheading the process of
converting over 400 practitioners from Independent Contractor
status to Employee status, successful recruitment and credentialing
of physicians, keeping physician turnover rate 5-10% (vs. national
average of 20%) while maintaining compensation at mid-market
rates, executing numerous staffing plans and compensation surveys,
crafting recruitment and marketing strategies, creating advertisements
and marketing materials, and executing contract start-up plans
(shortest start-up from contract execution to first shift was
20 days for a 25,000 volume ED).
